CONTEXTE ET JUSTIFICATION DE LA MISSION Depuis son indépendance, la Côte d’Ivoire a fait de l’éducation une priorité nationale, consacrée par la Loi n°2015-635 du 17 septembre 2015 instituant la scolarisation obligatoire des enfants de 6 à 16 ans. Malgré ces engagements, des disparités de genre persistent dans le système éducatif : si la parité est quasi atteinte au préscolaire et au primaire (indice de 1,03), elle se dégrade au fil du cursus (0,88 au secondaire second cycle), avec des taux d’abandon élevés chez les filles liés à des facteurs socio-économiques, culturels et institutionnels. Pour répondre à ces défis, plusieurs initiatives ont été engagées : Plan Stratégique d’Accélération de l’Éducation des Filles (2016-2018), Stratégie Nationale de Réintégration des filles enceintes ou mères (SNREF 2020-2024), création de la Direction de l’Égalité et de l’Équité du Genre (DEEG) en 2018, et adoption en 2020 d’une Politique Genre du MENA articulée autour de 5 axes (mobilisation sociale, environnement protecteur, accès aux filières STM, alphab&e
