Project P160865 — Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project · Method: Request for Bids · Civil works · The Kaduna State Government through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received a credit from the International Development Association (herein referred to as IDA) towards the cost of livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (LPRES) Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contracts for the: Construction and Equipping of Kaduna Ultra-Modern Abattoir The Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (LPRES) Project is now inviting sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction as described below: LOT ACTIVITY BIDS SECURITY ( N ) FINANCIAL CAPABILITY / CASH FLOW ( N ) AVERAGE ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION TURNOVER ( N ) 1 Construction and Equipping of Kaduna Modern Abattoir. 144,020,039.69 2,400,333,994.75 7,200,641,952.15 Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Bids (RFB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines for Procurement of Civil Works under IBRD Loans and IDA Credit s and is open to all bidders from eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document at the Kaduna State Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (LPRES) Project at the address given below from 10.00hrs to 16.00hrs, Monday to Friday. Qualification’s requirements include: Average annual financial capacity of the last 3 years Experience as contractor carrying out at least two projects of similar nature and complexity over the last 3 years (to comply with this requirement, the work cited should be at least 90% complete) Availability of essential equipment (own, lease, hire, etc) as listed in the Bidding Data Sheet. Contract Manager with 15 years’ experience in construction works of an equivalent nature and volume including not less than 10 years as Contract Manager and All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration, a comprehensive and concise Environmental and Social Management Strategies and Implementation Plans (ES-MSIP) and shall submit the Code of Conduct that will apply
