The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World bank toward the cost of the (insert the state name) Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for the construction of 28 Secondary Schools (Junior Secondary Schools/Senior Secondary Schools Combined) in Kogi State, LOTs 1 to 7 in Kogi State. 2.
