Ce call center devra, avec des standardistes, orienter les appelants selon un protocole établi. Ceci consiste notamment : o A orienter et encoder les données des patients se rendant aux postes médicaux de garde ; o A encoder les données des patients en visites à domicile et à organiser au mieux les déplacements des médecins de garde en optimalisant leur déplacement tout en limitant le temps d’attente des patients et en prenant en compte un désidérata linguistique possible ; o A participer à l’amélioration du service de la Garde bruxelloise par le prisme du Call Center.
